We may suspend work or delay delivery of outstanding work after providing reasonable notice if payment obligations remain unmet. Clients remain responsible for undisputed amounts due for services already provided.

Cancellations and Refunds

Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule a consulting engagement must notify WinGemini Enterprise Inc. in writing.

The applicable service agreement will determine any cancellation notice period, amounts owed for work already performed, and treatment of approved expenses.

Unless a written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, payments for services already performed and expenses already incurred are nonrefundable.

Any prepaid amount for services not yet performed may be reviewed for refund, less amounts properly due for completed work, nonrecoverable costs, or contractual cancellation charges.

Refund requests will be evaluated fairly in accordance with the applicable agreement and governing law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Client Responsibilities
